Pricing
Prices vary according to your location (travel costs etc.) and your desired screen and audience size. Contact us for event pricing in your area.

Reservations
Reservations are made on a first-come first-serve basis and are tentative until "secured" with a non-refundable deposit. When the deposit is received, SKYFLIX's services are guaranteed at your event on that date.

You may tentatively reserve your dates without the deposit payment, but it is subject to cancellation if another customer chooses that date and pays the deposit payment.

Every SKYFLIX event includes the following:
- Inflatable Movie Screen
- Projection system
- Pro-Audio system
- Film Licensing Information
- On-site Technicians
- Event liability insurance
- Generator (sufficient only for SKYFLIX's equipment)
- Weather Guarantee (see details below)
- Backup systems on all equipment

Film Licensing
Once you have selected your movie, we will help you acquire it and the legal rights to screen it at your event. As the equipment provider, we are no longer allowed to obtain the license for you, the end-user. We supply you with the film licensing contact information and help guide you in the simple process of ordering the movie title. Movie licensing must be taken care of before you begin advertising the title of your movie.

The selected film must be available on DVD. If you're unsure if your movie is available on DVD, please contact us and we'll find out for you.

Some filmmakers, such as Disney, have restricted the use of their films in outdoor settings. No Disney or Disney-affiliated films can be presented by SKYFLIX. If you intend to charge admission at your events, certain restrictions may apply, which vary according to your film choice and its distributor. Also, advertising restrictions may apply.

Other Media
SKYFLIX technicians are at your service to present more than a movie. You can present sponsorships ads, slides, on-screen Nintendo, music videos, live camera feed, announcements, and much more! Your choices of media and advertisements need to be submitted one month before your event.

Weather Policies
If inclement weather prevents the complete screening of the film, where less than 75% of the film is presented, SKYFLIX guarantees the Customer one make-up event within the same year ONLY. Two fees will be charged: travel costs associated with returning to your venue, and a $400 Weather Related Cancellation Fee to cover employee time etc.

You may shift event dates due to forecasted inclement weather. No charges will be applied if our staff has not begun traveling to your venue.

If the weather looks threatening (imminent rain, rain, looming thunder clouds, dangerous winds capable of damaging equipment) SKYFLIX reserves the right to protect its own equipment by canceling setup/production. SKYFLIX reserves the right to delay setup or to pause the production until suitable weather conditions exist.

Event Liability Insurance
Any accident involving SKYFLIX's equipment or employees to any outside participant(s) is covered by SKYFLIX's event liability insurance coverage. You may request to be additionally insured under our policy at your events.

Setup Procedure
SKYFLIX begins setup at the customer's specified time (typically 4 pm). The AirScreen will be setup within one hour. Audio equipment tests begin immediately after the screen is standing, and projection tests begin at dusk. The AirScreen will begin deflating 15 minutes after the end of the movie, unless otherwise specified by customer. After the movie, all equipment will be removed within 1.5 hours.

Payment
The remaining 50% of payment (first 50% covered by non-refundable deposit) is due at your event.
